physical activity and cancer
 
It has been proved that physical activity reduces the risk of developing some Cancers:
 
Physical Activity is associated with a reduction in overall risk of cancer
 
physical Activity has a clear protective effort on colon cancer
 
Physical Activity is also associated with lower risk of breast cancer amongst postmenopausal women
 
Vigorous activity may provide a protective effect against prostate cancer in men
